Nidikumba mattresses are built around four distinct spring technologies — each engineered for a specific comfort profile. Continuous Coil systems offer connected support ideal for consistent firmness. Bonnell Coil springs provide a classic hourglass construction trusted for decades of reliable support. Pocket Spring units move independently, reducing motion transfer and contouring more precisely to the body. Finally, our Hard Back range pairs a firm spring base with a reinforced backing for those who need maximum orthopaedic support. Every technology is assembled in Sri Lanka under strict quality supervision.

Quilted Top Cover

What it is

A knitted, quilted fabric cover with a thin fill layer stitched in for a soft hand-feel and breathability — SIS certified for sleep quality.

Teal Comfort Foam Layer

What it is

A gel-infused memory/comfort foam layer — the teal tint signals its cooling properties and helps it stand apart from the layers below.

Blue Transition Foam Layer

What it is

A firmer, high-density transition foam sitting between the comfort layer and the springs.

How it helps

Spreads your body weight evenly before it reaches the coils, so you never feel the springs directly.

Pocketed Coil Spring Layer

What it is

Individually wrapped pocket coils that compress independently, protected by a thin mesh scrim that shields the foam above from wear.

Reduces partner disturbance and contours precisely to your body for targeted, independent support.

Base Foam Layer

What it is

A firm, high-density grey/white foam base that anchors the coil unit beneath the springs.

How it helps

Adds structural rigidity to the whole mattress and reinforces the edges for lasting support.

Outer Border & Cover

What it is

The finished perimeter fabric wrapping the entire unit, featuring the Nidikumba brand label and SIS certification tag.

Precision Engineering

Every coil system is assembled to exact tolerances on our Sri Lankan factory floor. Each unit is calibrated so the spring response stays consistent across the entire sleeping surface.

Quality Materials

We source premium-grade steel for our coil systems and high-density foams for our comfort layers. Only materials that meet our internal specifications make it into a Nidikumba mattress.

Tested for Durability

Each mattress design undergoes load-cycle and pressure testing before it reaches a customer's home. We build for years of use, not just months.
