By accessing or using the Nidikumba website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by The Natural Choice (Put) Ltd and apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Our Products
Nidikumba offers a range of premium mattresses crafted with natural materials. All products are sold subject to availability. While we strive to keep our product listings accurate, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing
All prices displayed on the Nidikumba website are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

- We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days
Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays or adverse weather.
Warranty & Returns
All Nidikumba mattresses are covered under our product warranty policy. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our warranty terms, which are available on request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Natural Choice (Put) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
